L shaped cedar art studio

This L shaped studio was custom designed and built in Malborough, Devon. Our garden rooms do not usually require Planning Permission if the property retains its Permitted Development Rights. As this one was located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty beside the property rather than solely behind, it did require permission. We obtained permission for the customer as part of our service. The timber cladding was a condition of the permission and will weather to a silver grey colour over time if left un-oiled.
